ONLINE PROOFING/PURCHASING for family and friends.  This will allow anyone who has the password to log in and preview your wedding photos with the option to buy.  I will pass out cards at the wedding that have a password on it that will only allow your guests to view your photos and purchase. 

This package is designed for the bride who is on a tight budget and doesn't mind spending a little extra time printing her own pictures and putting them together in her own album.

Digital enhancements of your images such as borders, black and white with some color left in the photos, and other various artistic enhancements is included.  It takes approximately 14 hours just to do the enhancements on the photos, but worth every minute of my time when I see a finished photo.  This is what sets me apart from other photographers in the area.  Many do not include these artistic enhancements due to the amount of time it takes to complete them.   Some will do a few photos this way for you, but I average about 33% or more of your photos are digitally enhanced.

Along with a full 6 hours of coverage, as mentioned above, ALL of your pictures including those that were digitally enhanced will be on 700mb CD's in jpeg format for printing, enlarging, emailing, etc. (Sometimes more than 3 CD's are used in cases where 800+ photos are taken)

Some CD's will have all of your pictures in color and the other CD's will have all of the same pictures transferred to black-n-white, artistic, and black-n-white with some color left in them.  This allows you to have a choice between color or black-n-white for every photo.  (Additional CD sets are available for $20.00)

Also, there is no copy protection on the CD's which allows you to make your own copies of them for family and friends.  What nice way to say "Thank You" by giving your family their own copies of all of your wedding photos on CD!

I will also include a PRINT RELEASE form that allows you may make any reprints/enlargements, etc. at  your convenience.  This makes sure no one gives you a hard time when you try to make your own reprints.  It basically states that I give you my permission to make your own photo reprints, enlargements, etc.

You will then choose your own prints and enlargements from the CD's to print yourself. 

Most photo reprint stores (Wal*Mart, CVS, Wegman's, etc.) charge between $0.25 and $0.40 for a 4x6 print which can get a little pricey and time consuming when printing 700+ photos, but for those brides who only want a few hundred or who are quite crafty with scrapbooking, etc. this package is perfect you.

4 x 6 proofs of your color, black-n-white, and artistic photos (approx. 400 to 600+ images) in a professional album.

I only shoot one wedding a day, so I will not be in a rush.  All attention is focused on your day!

An Engagement Photo session OR Bridal Shower is also included and is usually taken a few weeks to months before the wedding.  No less than 75 photos will be taken during this session. 

You will choose the location, Bride's parents home, Groom's parents home, local park or place of interest, etc. Choose some place that has meaning to the both of you.  This helps with creating a great comfort level and dynamic between the two of you. 

50 of the best engagement or bridal shower photos will be presented to you as 4 x 6 Proofs in a professional album within a few weeks.  All of your engagement photos, even those that I did not print for your album, will be given to you on CD in JPEG format for printing, email, etc. so you can make your own reprints and enlargements. 

One hardcover Coffee Table Photobook consisting of 25 Full Page Photos of your wedding day.  They come in your choice of color and finish: Satin, Suede or Leather.  Measuring 11-3/4" x 9-1/4". The elegant cover and size make it ideal for your most precious memories.  

Additional pages are $2.00 per page (1 page = 1 side of a page, not front and back)  If you would rather have several smaller pictures per page instead of full page photos on each page, just request that when we meet to discuss your wedding.

Additional Smaller Album (nice for parents and grandparents) ~ $145.00  4 x 6 proofs of your color and black-n-white photos (200 photos) in a professional album.  You will choose the album.  Most people like to only have the formal family shots and ceremony put in these albums rather than a mixture of the days events.  They like to give these away as thank you gifts to the parents and/or grandparents. 

Additional set of CD's of All of your pictures ~ $20.00 ALL of your pictures on several, 700mb CD's in jpeg format for printing, email, etc. so you can make your own reprints and enlargements.  Some CD's will have all of your pictures in color and the other ones will have your pictures in Black-n-White.  Most photographers make you order your reprints/enlargements through them so they can drive up the price and make a greater profit. With me, you make your own reprints/enlargements at a fraction of the cost they would charge you.  Also included is an additional Print Release form.

DVD of pictures ~ $125.00 DVD of your pictures put to your choice of music (usually 10 to 14 songs) with transitions, special effects, beautifully done.  (Additional DVD's are only $35.00 each) 

This is a beautiful way to tell your wedding day story.

DVD times run around 40 minutes long. Longer for those weddings with more than 800 photos.

This is a much cheaper way to go if you are debating whether or not to have a videographer. 

Many of my brides have said that they watch these DVD's more than their actual wedding videos due to fact that it outlines their entire day and is personalized with music they chose. 

Ask to see a demo DVD that lasts about 5 minutes when you visit me.

Engagement Portrait Session ~ $250.00 Portrait session is usually taken a few weeks to months before the wedding.  At least 75 photos will be taken during this session, each session is different and sometimes twice as many photos are taken.  This is obviously no extra charge to you.  I never set a maximum limit on how many photos I take.  You will choose the location, Bride's parents home, Groom's parents home, local park or place of interest, etc.  Outdoors photos always look better than indoors, due to the great background images. 

50 of the best engagement photos will be presented to you as 4 x 6 Proofs in a professional album within a few weeks.  All of your engagement photos, even those that I did not print for your album, will be given to you on CD in JPEG format for printing, email, enlarging, etc.  so you can make your own reprints and enlargements. 

The Rehearsal and Rehearsal Dinner ~ $225.00 I will be present for the rehearsal (and rehearsal dinner if invited).  I usually take 75+ pictures of the rehearsal/rehearsal dinner.  Your photos will be added in 4x6 prints to your wedding album and will be included on your Wedding CD's for your own printing, cropping, emailing, enlarging, etc. I feel it is very important to be present at the rehearsal so there are no surprises during the wedding.  I'm a perfectionist and I want to make sure I have every chance possible to get everything right.

Bachelor/Bachelorette Parties ~ (Pricing depends on the time length of the party and travel time.) All photos will be given to you in an album and on CD.  Be aware that pictures can be very incriminating so play nice at your party. :-)

Bridal Shower ~ (Pricing depends on the time length of the party and travel time. Call for more information.)  Ask about substituting the bridal shower instead of the engagement photo session in the above packages. 

 I will be present for your Bridal Shower to catch all of your family and friends eating good food, playing games, and sharing memorable laughs together.  I usually take between 75 - 100+ photos at your shower.  I never set a limit on the maximum number.  I just keep shooting until it is time to leave.  You cannot set a limit on memories. All of your 4x6 proofs will be presented to you in a professional album, along with all of the photos given to you on a CD.

Additional Coverage Time for your Wedding Day ~ $100.00/Hour ~If 6 hours does not cover your wedding day, you may add on additional time.  Hours need to be added on prior to the wedding day, not the day of and payment needs to be made in full 1 week before the wedding day.
